This book gave me an understanding of factors that are crucial to an employers culture and the importance of working strategically, based on observing, listening and developing employees. Not least by creating participation in the company goals and development processes. With a sharp description of trust in relation to the leaders and the employees behaviour with a consideration of new generations views and expectations of work and work environment, the author captures important strategies that are well useful now and in the future. In an interesting way I was also awakened by the view of gamification and how leaders based on a balanced approach can create productivity. Well worth reading!”
